1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nu9, Bangladesh's trusted online gaming destination. 3. Account Security & Responsibility

• Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

nu9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are committed to maintaining a secure and reliable gaming environment but cannot guarantee absolute uptime or error-free operation at all times.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. We are committed to resolving all player complaints promptly, fairly, and transparently.

• Players must raise any dispute within 30 days of the relevant event occurring.
• nu9's customer support team will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
• Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, players may seek redress through appropriate legal channels available in their jurisdiction.

nu9 takes all player disputes seriously and is committed to a transparent, player-first approach at every stage of the resolution process.

12. Amendments & Termination

nu9 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, any funds held in your account will be reviewed and may be withheld pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks. These Terms and Conditions remain in effect until your account is formally closed.
